Twelve weeks of intensive, personalised work with me, and lifetime access to everything I have built. Six private sessions, two written clinical reports, a weekly live Q&A, and the full resource library, so you know exactly what is happening and exactly what changed. This is for men who are done managing erectile difficulty, timing they cannot control, low desire, or performance anxiety in bed, and want it properly resolved, by someone trained to see the whole picture.
You are still attracted to her. You still want this. Somewhere along the way, though, sex stopped feeling simple. Maybe you started bracing for it before anything even happens. Maybe it is over before either of you is ready. Maybe the desire itself has gone quiet, or you want it more than she does and that gap has started to feel like a verdict on you.
You have tried the pill, or slowing down, or just not bringing it up. Something worked and felt hollow, or nothing worked at all. The GP conversation went nowhere in four minutes. And the advice online is written by people selling supplements.
The reason none of it held is that sexual response, whatever shape yours takes, is a response, not a mechanism. It runs on your nervous system, your attention, your sense of yourself, and what is happening between the two of you. Treat one of those and the others pull it back. Twelve weeks is how long it takes to work on all four properly, with someone qualified watching, whether what brought you here is erectile difficulty, timing you cannot control, low desire, a gap between what you want and what she wants, or performance anxiety that shows up before you even get to bed.
I trained originally in medicine, then in psychology, and then specialised in sexology, including a Master of Medicine in sexual health from the University of Sydney. I now work as an Associate Professor in Medical Education, teaching future doctors, alongside my clinical practice as an accredited clinical sexologist. I do not prescribe or examine you in this work. What that training gives you instead is someone who can properly separate a physical cause of your concern from a psychological one, read your history the way a clinician does, and know when to refer you on, rather than working from a coaching framework or a generic script.
I run this the way I run an independent expert assessment in my medico-legal work: a proper history, validated instruments, a written report you can keep, and a plan built on what the numbers actually show. That is also why I measure you twice, in writing, rather than asking you to take my word for it.
At intake, weeks two, four, six and eight, and week twelve. The first and last run ninety minutes, the rest sixty. Not a coach, not an associate. An accredited clinical sexologist trained in medicine and psychology, one to one, online or in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Twelve weekly online group calls where I teach, troubleshoot, and answer whatever comes up. Use any name you like, camera off, microphone off. Send your question in advance and you never have to speak. Every call is recorded and kept for you.
My complete programme, yours from day one and yours to keep for life. Mind, body, identity and relationship, module by module, with workbooks and guided exercises you can return to years from now.
The same validated instruments I use in court-ready medico-legal assessment, completed at intake and again at week twelve. I score and interpret each round myself and write you a proper report, the way I would for a referring doctor or a court, delivered a few days after each session, the way you would get results back after an MRI. You will not be guessing whether it worked. You will have it in writing, twice.
A structured CBT plan for performance anxiety and body image, mindfulness and downregulation practices, the complete self-assessment and quiz library, plus reflective journals and habit trackers. Yours for life alongside the programme.
A doctor-to-doctor referral letter setting out the clinical picture, plus a short script for what to say and which investigations are reasonable to ask for. Most men never get past the four-minute version of that conversation. You will.
Available if it suits you, and completely ignored if it does not. Plenty of men do the whole programme without anyone else knowing, and that works perfectly well. If you are single, or you would rather keep this private, nothing about the programme changes. The option simply sits there unused.
Things come up on a Tuesday night, not on the day of your appointment. You can reach me between sessions across the twelve weeks and you will not be waiting a fortnight for an answer.
We measure at intake with validated clinical instruments, and we measure again at week twelve with the same ones. If you have done the work and your scores have not moved, I keep working with you at no further charge until they do.
I can offer that because I measure. Almost nobody else in this field does.
A ninety-minute intake session covering your history, what you have tried, and where things stand. You then complete the assessment battery, and a few days later I send your first written report, the same way a specialist sends results after any other test. From there you have a clear plan and know which of the four is driving yours.
We work on the anticipation and the bracing first, because nothing else moves while those are running. This is where most men notice the first change, and it is usually not the one they expected.
Arousal, attention, and the physical work, in the right order. If you have decided to use the partner session, this is usually where it fits best.
We make it durable rather than situational. At the ninety-minute closing session we re-run the assessments, and a few days later you receive your second written report, comparing your numbers against where you started. You leave with that report, a plan for the next six months, and permanent access to everything.
I am an accredited clinical sexologist. I trained originally in medicine and hold an MD and a PhD, and later completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master of Medicine in sexual health from the University of Sydney. I am not a prescribing or examining doctor. I work as an Associate Professor in Medical Education, I sit on the Executive Committee of the World Association for Sexual Health, and I was Congress President of the world congress when it came to Brisbane in 2025.
I have published more than 140 academic works and I am regularly instructed as an independent expert in sexual health by courts, tribunals and law firms across Australia.
Most people working in this space are certified. Very few are qualified.
Men dealing with erectile difficulty, ejaculating too soon or not at all, low desire, a gap between what you want and what your partner wants, or performance anxiety that shows up before anything has even started. It suits the man who wants this resolved properly rather than managed indefinitely, and who is prepared to do work between sessions.
Most approaches address one piece. A pill addresses blood flow. An app addresses exercises. A counsellor addresses feelings. This addresses all four systems at once, with someone trained in medicine and psychology who can tell the difference between a psychological cause and a medical one, and who will tell you plainly if it is the second and refer you appropriately.
It is a live online group call, once a week for twelve weeks, where I teach a short piece and then troubleshoot real questions. You do not have to speak and most men never do. Use any name you like, keep your camera and microphone off, send your question in advance, or simply listen. Every call is recorded, so if you miss one or would rather not attend live, you still get all of it.
Yes, all sessions are by secure video and you can be anywhere in the world. In-person is available in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast if you would prefer it.
No. This is your programme and you decide who knows about it. The partner session is one option among several and it is fine to never use it. Many men work through the whole twelve weeks privately, and single men do the programme in exactly the same form. If at some point you want your partner in the room, the session is there.
Completely. There is no waiting room, no referral trail, and nothing goes to your GP unless you ask me for the letter. You choose the name you appear under in the weekly Q&A.
The programme is $5,000. If you would like to discuss an alternative arrangement, raise it on your case review and we will work something out.
Thirty minutes, no charge, and no obligation. I will ask what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want to change. Then I will tell you honestly what I think is driving it and whether this programme is right for you. If it is not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
We measure at the start and at week twelve with the same validated instruments, and you receive a written report each time. If you have done the work and the numbers have not moved, I keep going with you at no further charge until they do.
The twelve weeks are your time with me: the six private sessions, the weekly Q&A, and direct access between sessions. The programme itself, the resource library, your two written reports and the assessments are yours permanently. You can come back to the material in three years if something shifts.
The Empowered Man System is available separately for $1,500, self-paced, with no sessions included. You will find it on the Services page.
That's completely fine. Here are other ways to work with me:
