These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ariana Sexology website (arianasexology.com), course platform (arianapsyche.com), AI assistant, and all services provided by Dr Armin Ariana ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Ariana Sexology provides the following services:

• Private psychosexual consultation sessions (online and in-person)
• Self-paced online courses and educational programs
• Multi-session packages and long-term programs (including the Ultimate Intimacy Program)
• Free and paid self-assessment quizzes
• An AI-powered website assistant for guidance and information
• Medico-legal consultation and expert witness services for legal professionals
• Educational blog content and free resources

2. Eligibility

Our clinical and educational services are designed for adults aged 18 years and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and Appointments

Scheduling: Sessions are booked through our online scheduling systems (Calendly or Halaxy) or by arrangement with our team. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of any changes.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or sessions missed without notice, will be marked as attended and are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The remaining time will not be extended or credited.

4. Fees and Payment

Session Fees: Single consultation sessions are $250 for 90 minutes. Other packages and programs are priced as listed on our Services page. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment Methods: Payments are processed through Square. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Program Payments: Program enrolments (including the Ultimate Intimacy Program and multi-session packages) require full payment at the time of enrolment unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ariana Sexology is a professional psychosexual therapy and counselling practice. Our services involve personalised clinical assessment, professional expertise, and the allocation of dedicated time. This is not a retail transaction.

Sessions already attended: No refunds are available for sessions that have been delivered, regardless of outcome or satisfaction. The nature of therapeutic work means that progress depends on many factors including individual effort, engagement, and consistency.

Sessions not yet attended (single bookings): If you cancel a single session with more than 48 hours' notice, you may receive a credit toward a future session or a refund at our discretion. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Multi-session packages and programs: Once enrolled, you are committed to the program as agreed. Program fees (including the Ultimate Intimacy Program, Deep Dive, and Empowered Man System) are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.

Ultimate Intimacy Program (12 months): Sessions are scheduled monthly. You are responsible for booking each session within its calendar month. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over to subsequent months and are non-refundable.

Deep Dive (5-session package): All five sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. You are responsible for scheduling sessions within this window. Sessions not booked or attended within the 6-month period will expire and are non-refundable. Extensions may be granted at Dr Ariana's discretion in exceptional circumstances, but are not guaranteed.

Online courses and digital products: Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all course and digital product sales are final. No refunds are available once access has been granted. This is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law provisions regarding digital products where the consumer has been informed and has consented to immediate access.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If our services have a major failure as defined under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy as prescribed by law.

Disputes: If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a concern about services received, please contact us at info@arianasexology.com. We will review your situation in good faith and respond within 14 business days.

6. Online Courses and Digital Content

Access: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the relevant course content on our platform (arianapsyche.com). Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, workbooks, guides, templates, assessments, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Dr Armin Ariana and Ariana Sexology. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, resell, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Personal Use Only: Course content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

Updates: We may update course content from time to time. While we aim to improve the material, we do not guarantee that all updates will be available to previous purchasers, although we will make reasonable efforts to do so.

7. AI Assistant

Our website features an AI-powered assistant that provides general information about our services and helps guide you toward appropriate resources. By interacting with the AI assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI assistant is not Dr Armin Ariana and does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Conversations with the AI assistant do not establish a therapeutic or professional relationship.
• Conversation transcripts are stored and may be used to provide follow-up communication (including email) and to improve our services.
• You should not share sensitive personal information (such as detailed trauma history or information about illegal activity) with the AI assistant. If sensitive matters arise, the assistant will direct you to book a private session with Dr Ariana.
• The AI assistant may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify important details through our website or by contacting us directly.

8. Medico-Legal Services

Scope: Medico-legal services are provided exclusively to legal professionals, firms, and compensation agencies. Expert opinions are professional judgments based on the information and documentation provided.

Not Legal Advice: Our medico-legal reports and opinions are not legal advice. They represent an independent clinical assessment and should be used alongside appropriate legal counsel.

Fees: Medico-legal consultations are billed at $400 per hour (GST inclusive). A complimentary 30-minute initial consultation is available to discuss scope and suitability.

Documentation: The quality of expert opinions depends on the completeness and accuracy of documentation provided. Incomplete files may result in qualified opinions or the need for additional assessments.

9. No Therapeutic Relationship Through Website

Your use of this website, blog content, AI assistant, quizzes, or courses does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr Armin Ariana. A formal therapeutic relationship is only established when you have booked and attended a clinical session, and any relevant consent and intake forms have been completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ariana Sexology and Dr Armin Ariana are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, courses, or reliance on information provided.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations, courses, or programs. Progress depends on individual circumstances, effort, and engagement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
